We come in to help you define your needs, refine your inspiration, and put together a plan to bring the event to life. Coordination
& Cleanup
Surprise! Setup, tidying up, and helping you return supplies and rentals after your event ends is a service that comes with every package that I offer. The YPE team works with you, your venue, and your vendors to ensure that we have a plan for making sure that your decorations, signage, and inventory are taken care of.

About Yellow
Poppy Events
I founded Yellow Poppy Events in the summer of 2021. After three years working in the Eugene/Springfield area events industry, I wanted to strike out on my own. My goal was to create a business model where I come alongside my clients and really take the time to get to know them and help them plan events that reflect who they are. The big day is an incredible opportunity for a client to show hospitality to the people they love the most. My goal with every wedding, and really every other event, is for my clients to feel confident that at the event they will connect with each other and their guests in a tangible way.
In addition to weddings, I have had the honor of helping plan celebrations of life, family events, and even corporate events. No matter the reason for the big day, I always focus on how I can help the client be the best host they can be, and together we plan an event that comes from the heart.
